What are brand and delight measures? And how can it be conducted?
I haven't heard about it. Although I did a quick search and someone replied to your question:
From what I understand, branding is basically creating an identity that people will be able to latch onto and easily remember. It's the first time I've heard of delight measures, but from what google search tells me, it has something to do with measuring customer satisfaction.
I've also never heard of both terms.
But what I think is Delight measures are something related to customer satisfaction.
Whereas brand measures are the factors that changes a business into a brand.
I feel that makes some sense.
Branding takes a great impact in your customers, good branding motivates the buyer. To succeed in branding you must understand the needs and wants of your customers.
