    All of them. They are all pretty much as good as each other. You may need an SEO plugin or extension for the page titles but just choose the CMS you like and see how you get on.

    The most important features for most CMS-driven websites is the ability to develop a search-engine friendly product.
    We need to consider on page work , Title tags, meta description, meta keywords, navigation text, image alt tags etc.

    You can create SEO friendly website in all type of CMS. You just need to follow the SEO friendly guideline while creating the websites.

    You can use any CMS with SEO plugins or script to make it SEO friendly but why you want to do hard work, choose WordPress. WordPress have all elements which make it a best SEO optimized CMS and with plethora of plugin option you can easily make your website if you don't know how to code or how things works.

    Wordpress is pretty good. In fact you can make website using any popular CMS and work on it to make it SEO friendly. In Wordpress there are plugins available like Yoast that can do the trick for you.

    I would suggest you to use wordpress , installation is easy and the user interface is pretty much simple ., And regarding the SEO there is a plugin called SEO yoast which will take care of all the seo things in site . :)

    Before using Yoast, I would suggest you take a look at the most recent posts in this thread - Yoast may not be as useful as some people think.

You may use GTmetrix for determining on-page optimization of your website. It will help in identifying bugs and making on-site changes on your website.
