Being an entrepreneur or business professional, we tend to focus more on projects, paper works, goal settings, etc. Do you take the time to consider being healthy or being conscious of what you eat? Do you know how your nutrition habits can affect your decision making?

I am not an entrepreneur yet i believe that to gain a healthy entrepreneurial brain we need to do lot of exercises not only physical but also mental and in order to maintain our body system we need to eat food rich in protein, fibers, vitamins and minerals.
As we all know healthy mind exist in a healthy body.

Health is wealth so if you have businesses or you are a small or big entrepreneur it is important to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Aside from that, take time to fuel up your mind with new learnings and information something that is up to date to ensure that you are on a proper track.

I eat well but I would do that whether I was online or not.

Typically I tend to find myself drinking a lot of energy drinks to stay focused and keep going.

I forget to eat on a regular basis when I am programming, playing a game or generally online.
Outside that I eat quite well. :)

Definitely. It's got a huge effect. Exercise helps too. A healthy mind comes with a healthy body.

The fact is that if you are hungry, you will be angry very soon, result is that you will be unable to take any positive decisions. You should take the nutritive diet like milk, fruits and green vegetables and food without oil or less oil. The food with lots of oil and masala makes you aggressive very soon, hampering you to take right decisions..
