If you're writing articles for web content targeting certain keywords I would never go above a 4% density for your targeted term. Hope this helps :)

If you want to become a better writer the most important thing to do is practice, basically just start writing. A good approach might be to offer some free or low cost articles as a way of building up your experience and portfolio of content.

Look at popular articles and study how they wrote it but do not just copy others word for word. Use you own words in the same style of writing.

There are some writer who tend to think or brainstorm on a certain title first before actually creating the content. So this might help you out in starting up your ideas:

Furthermore, if you want to create your own unique article - then it shall be through the process of research on your chosen topic.

Good writing is a developed skill. It requires knowledge of the subject matter and an ability to put it into a concise, interesting form. Style counts!

It also requires technical proficiency in things like spelling, capitalization, punctuation and grammar. Unfortunately, many people try to write for English-language readers but fail to understand the importance of spelling, grammar and selecting the most appropriate words. If you can't do those technical things, your articles will never be "100% right" or even close.
