you have to submit them daily, rather then bulk posting best practice should be what ever be the number, show it on daily basis.

I suggest, you better not submit the same on more than one site. Choose a article site which is good and lots of people read the article from there. After that, do some research and write the article which should be grammatically correct, information rich and must not circulate about the keyword.

These are important things for make good article submission:

    # Article should be more than 500 words.
    # Must be informative and share your unique expertise. Include tips, strategies, techniques, case-studies, analysis, opinions and commentary in your articles.
    # Proper English, spelling, grammar, punctuation, capitalization and sentence structure.
    # Do not use any promotion or advertisement in the body of article, we can use it in the resource box.
    # Useful and informative content.
    # Should't submit the same on another site(s).
    # Don't copied from other site.

Submit articles with enough quality and people will link back to your squidoo and hubpages sites. Video Marketing is a great way to advertise and create backlinks. Create a Myspace And Facebook Profile for your website.

There is no point to publish a lot of articles on one domain if they all point to one page or website. By a lot, I mean more than 3-4 articles. You will gain much more SEO value if you distribute your posts to different article directories that have good SEO measures (PR, TF, DA, PA, etc.)

Article submit weekly for one keyword and don't submit the content on the same site.

You can do it weekly basis. Use one keyword on your article. Your content should be unique and quality base. After this week you can submit one more article with different keyword.

    No they aren't.
Not it's not and no it won't.
    Pointless.

It's been two years since this thread was last updated and a lot has happened to SEO in that time. Article submission for SEO has been killed off by the search engines.

In another thread on this subject, which was started today, fisicx included a link to an article/video that advises not to use article submission. Interestingly, this thread and that article/video were published on the same day, which means every post in this thread following the original post is useless - except for fisicx's and this one.

I think 1-2 articles per week with good content and proper grammar is enough. So you can try this. Always looks for good content build a proper link within the articles. 1-2 links are enough though. Don't use your keywords more than 5% of your whole article.

@Jacobden read the post above by @Joseph.Shivell. Article submission has virtually zero value as do the links within and the keyword density you mention.

This is just very simple. if you are submitting to sbwire, just check out its rules and guidelines on the sbwire website on how the article submission is done or you can mesage the sbwire staff support on how to go about it. only one that deal with sbwire can respond to your question positively.

According to SBWire's own website "Press Release distribution by SBWire helps your business get noticed by publishing your content on hundreds of media sites(italics mine). This is exactly why article submission is no longer recommended for SEO purposes. Even if you were to publish a press release to "get noticed", who would notice you if no one reads these "hundreds of media sites"? Use a legitimate press release distribution service that will target your press release to the proper places, and you will be noticed by your intended audience.

I am suprised to hear you say article submission is no longer recommended for SEO purposes,....hmmmmm,.. but what about submitting your content article to top high PR article sites like goarticles, ezinearticles etc. Note that these sites are visited by lots of visitors seeking information on one or two things and could stumble of your article for references. also you get a high PR backlink since article sites allows links to be posted. i need your response to this.

Are you familiar with the phrase "Be careful what you ask for, you may get it"? An article on SearchEngineWatch titled "10 Old SEO Methods You Need To Stop" says

    .

That was way back in 2012, which means you've been recommending techniques that were outdated at least 4 years ago! Now, you could say this advice is 4 years old, but, less than a year later, SearchEngineLand published an article that specifically cites link from EzinArticles as bad backlinks. and, in an article that was updated in May of this year, SmartBlogger lists "Article Marketing" as one of "6 SEO Sins That Will Put You on Google's Naughty List", and specifically mentions "Ezine Articles". Granted it doesn't mention "Go Articles" by name, but the idea is still the same. Article Marketing, or Article Submission, is the same no matter where it goes or what you call it.
If we are professionals(and based on the content of the website your signature links to, you are not), let's all agree that Article Submission is no longer a valid link building technique, and those who are not professionals should stop recommending it. Also, for those who are not professionals, we will continue to school them on the outdated techniques they are recommending, and continue to give those who ask the proper advice they should be following.
