I need some platform to buy Quality, Dofollow and relevant links.
You're not going able to find one. Anyone who really knows SEO will tell you that buying links is not going to get you Quality relevant links. This is probably not what you want to hear, but the only way to get quality, relevant links is to through articles (NOT article submission sites or software), press releases (if you have something newsworthy to write about), and blog posts. There are no shortcuts.
Why not just go for guest posting from related blogs.
I guess you have ventured in a wrong place. If you really want to buy link there are some other forums with members who sell links. But just like Joseph said, it will not give you any good benefits. You are completely wasting your money.
If you really want to gain good quality links, blogs can be a good source. You can even make your own network if you want.
As eurekapsysrille said, this is the wrong forum for purchasing links. However; I do disagree with her concerning it's a wast of money, a good PR5 Contextual link will always help, and you can purchase them as she said in other forums or by researching the link profiles of your competition. Secondly, don't put too much into the relevance of a link. Just find someone that will to sell you a PR5 or higher contextual link, and it will add value in your linking campaign.
Google is very strict on link selling. But they are not good enough to detect if the link is a paid one or not. They are yet to develop a strong alog for that.
Coming to link buying there is no harm it if you are not caught. Always purchase genuine links that are contextual. It will ad value to you campaign. Buying links form quality blogs not only helps you rank better but gives you an opportunity to reach a newer customer base community.
