This could be some kind of "exit intent" plug-in or code...
Using that tool you can add some seconds to visit time and win additional click(s) [eg. close the message window :)] - and due to this Google will not consider the visit bounced.
Actually the fast page loading time and easy recognisable content - with good SEO and SEM - will reduce bounce rate, too.

Bounce rate is an indicator of how well your visitors like your content and if you're providing the content visitors are looking for when they search for something. Why not give your visitor what they're looking for?

Artificial manipulation could have negative results down the line. Here's an example - if you try to keep people from leaving, you're just annoying your visitor who will avoid you in the future. Also, artificial manipulation only works so long before search engines find some way to penalize you out of the search results. ;-)

Pleasing your visitor leads to return visits and future growth.

I think there is no such type of code available which decrease the bounce rate of your site . bounce rate is the factor which shows how much your site is relevant or having good quality content . If there is any code available then it comes under the black Hat seo .

There is no coding available to reduce the website bounce rate. Bounce rate depends upon your website visitors spending time on your website. If your visitors suddenly leave from your website without reading your page, then your bounce rate would be increase. So, first make a more attractive design and create quality content to impress your visitors. That would helpful to reduce the bounce rate of your website.

There is no such code available, you have to work out how to make your visitor stay on your website. With help of google analytics may be you can know what improvements you can do to decrease the bounce rate.

Every website has little Bounce rate, there is no website with zero percentage of bounce rate. Coming to your question, there is no such code available over the net to decrease the bounce rate of your site. Bounce rate increases if visitors don't get enough information, provide quality and unique content to the user your Bounce rate will decrease upto a certain percentage.
