Due to an outage on Bank Wire withdrawal via Payza, they suggested me to try out https://www.alertexchanger.com/index.html to transfer funds from my account to another pay proccessor. Checked the site and it states that they are "Paypal Verified". Is it safe to transact from them? Anyone became successful in doing this?

The first word that caught my attention is SCAM. So why do Payza even suggest me to use that service.
I currently have $141 off my Payza account and I want it to get it withdrawn as soon as possible. Anyone could help?
Withdrawal is not available in our country as of the moment. :(

You have to be very suspicious on this kind of transaction. Can you check whether they have a customer support available here in the Philippines? Can you try to meet one representative of them to clarify it to you. Better safe than never.

Or, if you can open other options that you can use than them, better transfer to a more secured one.

    Regards,

i doubt that is a scam. I will probably call payza and ask the details before using third party to do the withdrawal

They do allow bank wire. But due to technical reasons, the system is down for maintenance.

Well, it's payza who suggested the site, based on their list of "fund exchange" sites.

It will be better to call/email them as double confirm. Use the exchanger if only you are rush for the money, else wait until they solve the technical problem
