Are there any hidden costs i may not be aware of?

What regulations will i legally hav to abide to?

Any advice to improve my chances of getting funding?

you can ask your local authorities and company registration offices for legal issues or find lawyers and ask them...for funding you must have a entire business plan ready to distribute to your possible investors...u can use business plan pro software for this purpose, its popular and useful...then you would also need a website and do some online marketing..

i hope this will help you

Sounds to me as if you need to clarify some issues regarding the business, in your own mind RBates. A great help towards that would be to write a draft business plan for your venture. This doesn't have to be a complicated process, it is basically a description of how your business will operate, who it will sell to, how it will make money and how much money it will make.

A quick look through the "Business Plan Templates" section of our Useful Business Resources / Links thread should be quite helpful to you and there is also a "Business Planning" section in our Featured General Business Advice, Questions & Discussion Posts.
