I am starting a local small free penny saver type "Newspaper" I would like to find advertisers to place ads in the newsletter... Twitter has a 140 character limit but Would it be profitable to say something on the lines of:

I would like to offer you an Introductory rate to advertise in our weekly newsletter that will go out via E-mail and Hard Copy as a bonus we will place your ad on our website at no extra cost. Learn more at:
<----------- Place the link where they can read about pricing and options?

Try short sentences. You can omit many unnecessary words in that line. If you offer a bonus it is clear that there is no extra cost. Start with something like "Advertise in our weekly newsletter".

I think you should have to contact any Advertising agency to get ads like Chitka, info links in which you got good revenue as well.
