    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    - Site does not comply with Google policies

    ---------------------

    Further detail:
Site does not comply with Google policies: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time for one of the reasons listed below or another reason listed in our program policies (https://support.google.com/adsense/bin/topic.py?topic=1271507). We recommend that you review the information provided below and make the necessary changes to your site.

    1. You need to improve your site’s user experience
To ensure a good experience for users and advertisers, publishers participating in the AdSense program are required to adhere to the Webmaster Quality guidelines (http://www.google.com/support/webmasters/bin/answer.py?answer=35769). These guidelines provide many tips to help you to provide a positive experience for your users.

You’ll also find more useful information in this AdSense blog post which highlights five user experience principles: http://adsense.blogspot.com/2012/10/publisher-insights-part-1-5-principles.html. Applying these principles will help you to provide a great experience for users on your site.

    2. Your site is a chat site which is not compliant with our policy
Publishers are encouraged to experiment with a variety of ad placements and ad formats. However, as stated in our program policies (http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=48182), AdSense publishers may not place ad code, search boxes or search results in chat programs. This includes, but is not limited to, instant messaging (IMs), chat sites and other pages that contains dynamic content.

    3. You need to remove all content that encourages violation of Google product policies
Publishers may not provide the means to circumvent the policies of any Google products, such as by allowing users to download YouTube videos, or encourage the violation of Google AdSense policies. Moreover, publishers may not make use of Google brand features such as logos, screenshots, or other distinctive features without our express permission. For more information, please visit our Help Center (http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&ctx=as2&answer=1348688&rd=1).

    4. Your site is dedicated to the sale and distribution of term papers
We’re happy to see our publishers’ sites full of useful and informative content, however, as stated in our program policies ( https://www.google.com/adsense/support/as/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=105953 ), the sale or distribution of term papers, or any other content that is illegal, promotes illegal activity, or infringes on the legal rights of others is not allowed.

Please review the AdSense program policies (http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/answer.py?hl=en&answer=48182) to ensure that your site meets all of the requirements for approval. As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

Is it wise for me to resubmit or it wont work I'm only embedding videos from youtube which shouldn't be copyright issue.

Did you go through all that information from Google, to identify why they would have blocked your site?

You don't have enough content on your pages...This should be a strong reason.

I think it's because of the videos issues which had copyright infringement. It's not problem with Youtube.

How can you be sure of that? YouTube is owned by Google, why would they have a problem with those videos being shown on your site?

As I said, you need enough content in addition to the videos to support the ads.

If you wrote a paragraph or two about each of the embedded videos, that might be sufficient content.

Note that just posting the description from YouTube would probably not be sufficient, because that content would not be original to your site.

Peggyk is google forum help!! she replied with above so i think Delgado is right in content issue and peggy mentioned paragraph or two on videos would work i will do this and resubmit.

I think Delgado is correct. I don't see contents in your site. There is nothing written about your site like "About us". You just hurried to put Google ads before completing your site.

Apart from the fact that the site is incomplete (a BIG no-no with Google at any time), there's some dubious content (eg: advice for kids to get rich — a serious social alarm bell for Google) and, as a first impression for me, the site exists basically to monetize YouTube videos, thereby cutting Google out of their regular ad revenue stream.

That, my friend, is a really HUGE tactical mistake.

Yes, YouTube allows you to embed videos on your own site, but building a site composed virtually entirely of YouTube videos is NOT going to win you any brownie points when they earn nothing from their hosted content.

Your strategy is commercially naive. Try looking for strategies that are win-win. This one is just win-lose opportunism that, frankly, deserves to fail. My experience, observations and instincts as a marketer tell me that you won't win this one, but you'll never get a straight answer about it from YouTube or Google either.

Thanks for the advice, I also was against the get rich for kids but then again its not that bad idea as I have seen kids do make money online and as for content I'm working on them just haven't updated yet until its fully ready. I will get the contents and videos with some extra description on after that I will reapply.

Did you read their policies with a view to seeing how your site may not be complying? I'd suggest that be the first thing you do.

Adsense is now pretty much strict on giving accounts to new users. This is mainly because of various click exchange programs and fraud clicks made by users. The main thing they want now is unique content, domain name, certain page views per day,etc...
