Hi - I run a local business in Canada and want to get my business to display in the local listings on Yahoo & Bing just like it does in Google.
The problem is each time I try to submit my business I get taken to a page where the only option is businesses in the US. I can't understand how other local businesses are displayed on the maps & search results but I can't get mine there....?
    Can anyone help?

Have you tried adding your business here on Google Places and selecting "Canaada" from the drop down list of countries?

I think you need some more traffic from local place so that Bing and yahoo can consider. They are very slow than Google . So, Don't worry. .Keep working on what you are doing ..

This could be one of the reasons why Google is #1, and Yahoo and Bing are trying to play catch-up. Seriously, though, have you tried asking Yahoo and Bing why this happens, or whether you actually can list local businesses for Canada on these two, as you can on Google?
