    Feeling well is essential to succeed in life, but if you feel great and yet have not achieved all the success that you think your job deserves, or that simple seems to run far every time you try to reach it, then you might be doing something wrong when it comes to your own inner wellness.

    I found useful to review this insightful list of 50 life secrets and tips to improve your well being.

    Nice post. I found it very useful for me and I will apply this for myself. Sometimes I got off balance with the things that I do everyday. Thank you for sharing.

    I noticed that some of them entail the use of the mind like memorizing something, visualizing, etc. I guess that is the department that I need to improve on. I think getting enough sun is what I need to do more of as I tend to get stuck inside the house nowadays. Doing so I know I would be getting vitamin D which is essential for my health

    I mostly agree with your post. However, I don't think it's alright to sleep less. I mean, sleep is really important as it helps our body restore and repair itself. Lack of sleep could cause anxiety and could make you grumpy.

    Anyway, overall, this is a helpful list. Thank you for sharing.
