    Etiquette plays a subtle yet important role in professional life. Verbal and written communications are often much less formal, but be careful to choose your words wisely. Respect others and always say “Please” and “Thank you.” Double check before you send a mail. Do a quick read to make sure the meaning and tone are what you wish to convey.
