How do i promote my service?

Where i am currently promoting are forum and forum's signature.

Anywhere else can i do? But i do not have a website up yet.

I believe you answered your own question, the next step in promoting yourself online would be to get a website to show examples of the type of work you can do, give a little info on yourself and details of the services you can offer. You might also consider promoting yourself on http://www.deviantart.com/

Why don't you begin with a Blogger Blog, where:

- you explain exactly what you do
- show samples of your work
- how much you charge (on average)
- add a contact address

Then start promoting the blog through forums, blog commenting, social bookmarking, free classified ads, etc.

You need to amend your opening post there, 50Cent: Tie Suit Design. It says here's a preview of my Tshirt design and there's no pic. I eventually found it in the portfolio.

I like the design but shouldn't have had to hunt it down. You'd be doing yourself a favor if you add it to the blog post.

That needs changed, 50Cent. I would suggest you amend that to say "Thanks for visiting my Online Portfolio. I am currently available for Freelance graphic design work. Please Contact Me for a quote" and link the Contact Me part to your Contact Me page.

I think the very plain layout is a good idea. You'll want your graphics to be what stands out.

Ok thanks the post was just a test out. What posts and image there are all under testing. I wil do the editing soon. I also cannot link the contact me to my contact page because it is the sub title.

Join sites like the Envato Marketplace, and sell your work. There is a section where you can place your advertisement and if you can establish a reputation, you could go far with your service.
