Does anyone use Skype?

I use Skype too whenever I chat with my friends outside the country. It's more reliable and has very good reception too.

I don't use skype myself, but my mom does. She uses it to talk to her family in the Philippines while we are in the United States. I think it is great because you can't go all the way over there a lot, but with skype, you can still see the person in front of you.

I know this thread is very old, but yes I too use Skype a lot for business and personal also. I also plan on using it for Live Chat on a couple of my sites in the future.

I don't use Skype. I don't even have a Skype account. It's not my cup of tea. I prefer the old fashioned email.

Skype is the way to go. I'm not using any extras. What I like is, the file transfer always works with skype, even when other messengers fail. At least for me

Haven't ever really needed an extra options except Pamela or Pretty May fr recording interviews. Calling people internationally on Skype whether they have Skype or not has saved me a lot of money in phone bills
