I was pretty happy with this update. I did a lot of work to my inner pages and got a lot of them from PR0 to PR3.

My site is still new. I need to make it steady before I can increase my page-rank.

It is a blank page, what would I put there to keep it's PR? Could I park it?

Parking it is a good idea. You could also try adding some content to it your self. Perhaps even put a blog on it and add the odd blog post now and again.

How much money would I probably get if I sold it?
It's a few months old and was registered for a year.
PR 1 so that is a bonus

Many sites sell for about ten times their monthly income. If your site is not earning any income, then it will not sell for as much and it is difficult to predict how much it will sell for. Best way to find out is to offer it for sale with a minimum bid price, then you will find out exactly what people are prepared to pay for it. You could offer it for sale at our Member Ads & Marketplace forum and at the various webmaster and trading forums listed in our our Useful Online Business Resources thread.
