logixsblossomcou if the website has no keyword competition it should not be difficult to rank it for those keywords. Do you know why you are having difficulty ranking for those keywords? Did you take a look at the sites that do rank for the keyword, with a view to seeing what you can learn from them?

Submit site to real state directories and forums. Also, do social bookmarking and blog commenting as much as you can.

As what Fergal has said, it shouldn't be that tough for you to rank in a keyword that has now traffic at all or competition. On the other hand, I suggest you do another keyword research and target keyword that has better competition and traffic globally, locally and monthly for you to benefit more of the keywords you target.

You'd better find better KW to promote, you won't get enough traffic from keywords without competition

Exactly. However, if you get over-eager and try to spam your site to the top, then you could incur a penalty and never make it. The solution is to focus on quality and make very, very sure that your linking profile looks natural. Excessive linking is really being hit hard these days.

Are you familiar with SEO? If not, buy a cheap seo package from a respected and trsuted company that can get you number one spot. If it's not a competitive keyword, then you won't even pay a lot for this service.
PLus, with a professional, you will also have no fear about bad linking etc.

As several others have said, if there is little or no competition for your site's keywords, then the site should easily rise to the top. What sites are ranking for your keywords, and why are they ranking? What are you doing to rank higher than those sites?

I think you have to choose those KW which have low competition and pretty good traffic by this way your business grown up fast otherwise high competition is another choice which is really time consuming.
