Is CraigsList a reliable place to find a job?

WHY?

Because craiglist is a great place to find a job. It has good opportunity for local postings and part-time jobs.I would suggest you to be careful on the oppotunities that is suspicious, but I know lot of people who have succcessfully found jobs on craiglist. Indeed, I found my job on craiglist and I am very happy with it. You should be careful of any job that sounds too good to be true. If they guarantee you extravagant opportunities and an unbelievable salary, it may not be credible.

Plenty employers posts on craiglist. If you think about it from the job poster's perspective, it is a simple selection. Job hunters are having difficulties to search through the open market format of craiglist, but if you give effort you can probably find something GREAT!

I always check CraigsList.org for jobs. I know it's legitimate because I know the businesses or the people posting the ads.

Actually a friend and colleague of mine also said that it's a really good place to search for jobs.

Although it looks like a spam site and without a good interface, but the site itself have high traffic. If you detail the search, some escort girl also post a job there, which the site itself have good response.

Based on my observation, about 70% of craiglist ads is just a crap and only 30% could be legitimate opportunities for all job seekers. Well, this really doesn't matter for most job seekers... for if you are badly in need for jobs, you will still take a chance.

There are percentage to trust and not to trust. To "yes" or to "no" yet there is "But"

But through my observation too, a lot of are non sense..Its better to find a job wherein you know know it already. The second but is to take a job, it is a great opportunity if you needed it most

I think it kind of depends on what kind of job you're looking for, but Craigslist is always a site you should at least check if you're looking for a new job. You never know what might be there.

So have you been looking for escort girls there? haha kidding But anyway.. yeah Craiglist could be a big help as a job site but there are several local and country-specific job sites that have been hanging on and deliver much more than expected of the Craglist.
