I am sure those are the most important skills for a person to succeed in business, be it an offline business or an online one. However, apart from that I think there are certain essential work specific skills which a person should possess that would allow him to run his business with greater efficiency.

What about the ability to determine what your customer's needs are and then sell them those products and services in a way that is profitable for your business? Or are you presuming that if you hire the right staff they can do that for you?

Before we have budget to spot talent, or convincing those talent. Improve personal talent is very important, non of the worker willing to follow an incapability boss.

Finding a talent is not so easy but convincing them to work with you is the most difficult task. I think instead of finding and convincing them to work with you. You should polish your on skills and talent and hire new comers because it’s easy to convince them.

You're right..... to efficiently run an online business you need to have the right online marketing strategy. We've created an online baggage sales website (third-party) catering to all major brands. Getting the content in place was a big task.... but getting it out to the target people - needed the right online marketing strategy. Their are so many ways to promote a product for free like ebay, multiply and facebook. I will absolutely recommend the Facebook, I used it before and must always update it regularly and join for the discussion and allow others to know the product you offered.j
