How to find your competitors?
Among the various software suites present in any one give me this opportunity:

To check who is the top player in market, simply go to search for multiple keywords. Usually top player rank well for major keywords.
Competitor targeting keywords - We can easily trace a competitor keywords through title tag and meta description, backlink anchor text.

I use Google Alerts - just type in the keywords and you'll get a good picture of your 'competitors' sent to your email address automatically

You can use tools such as Market Samurai where it can give you your top 10 competitors under that keyword. Or you can simple type your keyword in the Google search and see the top sites in the search engine results pages.

Search for keyword that you used for your site on any search engine..it will shows the results in that all the other sites are your competitor..Thanks!

I highly recommend also using SEMrush for your competitor analysis. It helps in giving you reliable data in knowing who your competitors on certain keywords are and where do they link as well.

Well the basic thing to know who are your competitors are in Google. When checking for your keyword ranking in SERPs, check who's ranking in there too. Another way to determine your competitors is to research your niche and know who are the top companies dominating in it.

Google. Simply do a search for the type of business and it will produce a list of local business's within the first few results and also top results within search engine results...

Simply by searching your keywords in the search engines, search query then see the results which are your competitors till your ranking.
