Error when posting new thread at Affiliate Links section

I got the following error when trying to post a new thread on the Affiliate Links forum section:

An error has occurred GekiDan! You have reached the maximum number of 1 threads per 2 days set by the admin for this forum.

I haven't even created any thread on that section.

I just tried to do a new thread myself and got the same message. I haven't posted anything there for some time.

It seems either Fergal or CBI Web have got a chance to fix it.
