I normally like to eat four times in a day as I done breakfast at 7 AM. Then lunch at 12 PM , eat some typr of snacks at 5 PM. And then dinner at 10 PM.

Well i have three main meals, the usual ones breakfast ,lunch and dinner. though i also take some coffee in between.
i take meals thrice a day excluding the junk that i eat when home. break fast at around 9am then luch arouch 1-1.30pm and then dinner at night at around 9.30-10pm. and in between i do take snaks in the evening too sometimes with coffee and all.

For three time in a day
breakfast: 8:00 am
lunch: 12:30 pm
diner: 6:00 pm
And i am very like eat meat![]()

snack or dinner
it all depends on what I'm going to eat, if I eat a light breakfast, then I will want to have a complete lunch, then if I have a light dinner, I would want a snack before I sleep.
I eat properly when I remember which is usually about 5pm. Other than that I survive on coffee most of the day. And yet I still put on weight! I don't get it...
i am too much of a foody person and loves to eat. i eat alot of junk food like hot dogs and burgers. and also take my lunch and dinner very heavily. I take my first meal at aroud 9 in the morning, then again at around 1 in the afternoon and then at around 4 and agian at 6 in the evening before taking my dinner at night.
I'm not an expert in the area of nutrition, but it's most probably because you only have one decent meal a day. Eating like that slows down your metabolism and when your metabolism slows, you are more likely to put on weight. Eating little and often is much healthier, provided of course that you are eating healthy and not snacking on junk foods. Also try to eat your largest meal, earlier in the day.

I generally have my meals for at least three times in a day. As I take my break fast at 7.30 A.M., then I take lunch at 12.30PM and then takes dinner at 9.30 PM. And in between time I eat lots of snacks.
I normally takes meals three times in a day as I first take break fast in the marning around 8AM and then take lunch at 1.30 PM and after that I will take dinner at around 10Pm.
Breakfast around 7 in the morning, 9 if it's the weekend
Lunch at 11:30
When I get home from school at 3 I eat a snack
Dinner at 6
Sometimes a snack at 7 with tea, like a couple biscuits or something
I snack whenever I'm hungry though, so sometimes I eat more, sometimes less.
I generally take meals four times in a day as I am going early in the office so I took breakfast at 8 am and then do lunch at the 12 pm. After that in the evening at 5 pm I take some snacks. And lastly I take dinner at the arond 9 pm.
