Guidelines

Thank you for your participation at Business Advice Forum, we greatly value it and know that without our members we wouldn't have a forum. In order to maintain the forum for the benefit of everyone we ask that you note the following;

1. Advertising is allowed in your signature and the Free Advertising Forums. Advertising is not allowed in other areas of the forum.
2. Articles and tutorials may only be posted in our Articles & Tutorials forum section
3. Please do not copy and paste articles, portions of articles or posts from other sites, if you want to discuss an article, describe it in your own words and provide a link to it
4. Please be polite to other members at all times
5. When a member asks a question, please don't reply suggesting that they search on Google, unless you have something else helpful to add to the discussion
6. This is an English language forum - only English language text is allowed
7. We do not allow ads or links to Paid to Click (PTC), Paid to View or Paid to Read (PTR) sites or content
8. We do not allow ads or links to prescription / drug sites
9. We do not allow ads or links to gambling or casino related content
10. This is a family friendly community. We do not allow links to sites that are adult or offensive in nature. We do not allow personal attacks or libelous statements to be posted on the forum
11. Lots of extremely short posts such as "Great post" & "Thanks for sharing" do not help the community. If you wish to thank another member please make the effort to say why you are thanking them & how their post was useful to you. When appropriate, please use the Thanks System
12. When posting to say you like something or to tell us who / what your favourite is, please tell us why. E.g. if you post to tell us that Brad Pitt is your favourite actor, please tell us why he is your favourite actor.
13. *Poor quality posts that are used to promote your signature link and/or run up your post count are not allowed. Please ensure that your posts are helpful, on topic (i.e. relevant the the thread posted in and not just general advice) and original (i.e. not repeating something that has already been added to the thread)
14. Please report any post that does not comply with our guidelines (you will see the triangle report button underneath the member's username and avatar, to the bottom left of their post)
15. In most instances each individual is allowed only one account on Business Advice Forum. Duplicate accounts are only permitted with the express approval of the Forum Admin
16. Any and all information (including personal information) shared by you on Business Advice Forum is your sole responsibility and BAF will not be held in any way responsible for it

Admins are the only one who can edit posts here in Business Advice Forum. However, you can only edit your posts a few minutes after it is published.
If you want some revisions on some of your posts, you can report it and state the changes that you want to be made.

Merging the 'How to Get a Link in Your Signature on Business Advice Forum' to the rules would indicate that it was a rule itself, however 'How to Get a Link in Your Signature on Business Advice Forum' is more of an indication on how members can have/get a signature, and therefore isn't really a rule.
