Own a condo townhouse debt free. Thinking of getting back into some real estate investing.

If you are in your own country,It is an advantage if you own,But when your out of your country it is more good if you rent.

It makes sense. However, some people are still prefer to own the house if base on oversea for long time. They will sell the house once they go back to their own country

The thing I don't like about renting is that you are paying someone else's mortgage.

Exactly why I own my home. I'm not opposed to renting, sort of, but I much rather put the money toward something I'll be able to HAVE in the future.

This is what many people think about. However, most of the new build land properties in my country is leasehold now, it doesnt make much different for own and rent

I owned my home and I don't have to pay monthly rent to the land lord

Some people thinks that instead of buying home investing the amount in business is more profitable. Any thoughts!

I'm too young to own or rent a house, but my parents own a house in France and one in Sweden, both of which are rented out. We are all English, and we rent a house in the North-east of England for ourselves.

Initially I plan to buy a house this year, due to market inflation I have to saving more money and wait for another 1 year.

You can get loan if you have good credit.

I think due to the currently climate more people than ever are renting which is fair as banks are just not lending the money at the minute and very few people have the capital to buy outright.

We have a house but I also rent to be more closer to where I work.

I currently rent by now - but in the next couple of months I plan on getting a home of my own.
I already have a list of properties for my options, and these are not that so expensive houses. Only a houses that seems to fit me and my future family on it.
