As for craiglist - there are some guidelines - how to submit your ads.
First of all - its really important to make the title stand out.
You can achieve that by using special ascii characters like for example this one:
▌███▌► Your Ad Title
► Your Ad Title◄
☆ Your Ad Title ☆
There is a blog - with ascii character you can copy to your site: http://postingoncraigslist.blogspot....cii-codes.html

The title should be short and really encouraging. (Again it needs to stand out)

As for the ad itself - i found that a good way of posting ads is using image links.

The process is as follows:

first you need to upload your ad banner/picture on your server somewhere.

Then you write html code:
<a href="link to whatever you are advertising">
<img border="0" img src="link to your image/banner/advertisment"></a>

You can paste this code into the body of your ad.

Also you can add some text describing why a person should click
on the picture/ what exactly do you offer.

Also feel free to use bold and capitalised words.

You will be able to post max 3 ads a day, try to use different title for each one, otherwise
craigslist might not allow you to post.
