Is it possible for you to make the welcome page the first one when visitors just enter your fan page?

First of all you need to have a unique fan page URL. Visit this to learn how: How can I get a user-friendly URL for a FaceBook fan page?
I see that you have a welcome page but it's not a default page for users when they first viewed your page. Learn how by visiting this link.
Another thing, your logo/profile picture seems to be too small and can't easily be seen. You can create a custom one. Recommended size is 220x600.

Thank you guys for the help. I was able to fix all of the issues but the username because you need 25 people connected with the page to unlock that feature.

I've liked it PayJunction. I'd agree with GekiDan on the logo, it looks a bit too small and out of place. Your page would look more appealing and more professional if the logo was larger and the background matched the fan page background.
