The site design looks pretty smart. I'm not sure if the large (http://www.decimaltofraction.com/images/decimal_to_fraction_banner.png) graphic is required. Is the logo not enough? Replacing that large graphic with a standard size banner could help you generate some revenue and actually make your site look smarter.

Do you plan on adding a tool for converting from fractions to decimals?

You have very limited information in the "Math Tables" section of your site. Adding some additional content in that area will improve your search engine listings and provide useful information to your visitors.

Some parts of the content in your site could do with some improvement in order to make them more understandable to your visitors. For example, I have no idea what "the length of a period is even then after adding the first half of the period with the last one we'll get only nines" means.
