Hi Folks,
Up for sale is a membership site I've had for about a year, but never really promoted that has 175 members. It is an monthly autoblog content membership that would do well if someone would take the time to promote and nuture it. The site is indexed by Google and MSN, but as I said has not been promoted at all.

Currently I have the site set up with 3 account types setup: Free, Gold, and Platinum level accounts. The two paid membership levels are currently one-time payment upgrades, but this can be changed at your descretion.
The site is powered by Frank Salinas' EZ Membership Script (http://a.gd/ezmembershipscript) which is a great piece of software that is easy to maintain and has tons of features.
The monthly content is supplied by an account I have with NitroBlogger.
If you've ever wanted to start a membership site this is a great chance to get a head start with one that is already up and running with a member base.
So here is the deal:
[1] You get the domain name maverhomeworkers.info registered w/NameCheap w/one year domain registration fees paid.
[2] You get the existing membership site pre-setup w/175 members.
[3] I will supply the monthly blog content packs for as long as my Nitroblogger account is accessable. I paid for a lifetime membership - but thats Nitroblogger's lifetime, not yours or mine.
[4] I will provide free hosting for 6 months. You are free to move the website at any time and I will help you do so for a small fee if you so desire to move it.
Please Note: There is only one stipulation to the sale of this website and that is that you HAVE to purchase your own copy of the membership site software, of which I will deduct from the sale of this membership site. This is due to Frank's licensing terms of sale of membership site powered with his software. But as I said I will deduct this cost from the sale price of the website.
I will leave this thread open accepting bids for 7 days before I list it with Flippa if there are no serious bids placed here.
The minimum start bid is only $100 with a BIN of $250 if you want this site right now.
"Please only serious bidders, if you have no intention of buying this DO NOT bid and raise the price for everyone else. I only want people to bid that are serious about owninga pre-existing and thriving online business."
