Ephren Taylor, the youngest CEO of City Capital Corporation is generating strong vibes among people for his public works which is for the improvement of the under priviledged community. However, I don’t understand why people are spreading rumors about Ephren Taylor scam. I do not think there is any scam. Do you think of him as a fraud?

Youngest 'African-American' CEO. With all people that achieve a level of success there will be those than find fault and spread accusations that have no grounds (I will add at the current time as I do not know the full extent of all the accusations, just some).

One thing I would say is that starting threads like this in a public forum does nothing to stop rumours and haters raising queries as if you go to Google and type in the guys name followed by the word scam, BAF is high up on the list, adding fuel to the fire.

Hi Fargal,

I am Julia. Ephren Taylor is one of those black millionaires whose success has helped me to grow as a person. He started his career at the young age of 12 by making a 3-D video game and earned his first million at the age of 16 and became the youngest CEO at the age of 25. So, I think you all should know about him.

Hi Sean!

I agree that there are many posts at BAF about the subject, but I guess that its about time that he got a break. So, I have decided to try and tell people about all the good things he does, specially for our underprivileged. I know that this is but a drop in the ocean, but it is the lot of drops that makes the ocean isn't it?

What do you think Sean?

Best Regards
Julia

Keeping to the "success" then it is an interesting story, you can read his bio here (http://www.ephren.com/bio.php) and I can see why some would take heart from his story.

I will taint it slightly though and say that becoming a CEO is one thing, making a success of the company is something different and probably tougher to do. The company do have some issues and financially are not the strongest public company. Time will tell on this front.

Very true, Sean. We are the DRIVERS of ourselves and we're the ones responsible of our own destiny.

However, people sometimes are using some deliberate information just to entice everybody which turned-out to be disappointing in the end. As far as forum posters (from other online forums) are concerned, many of those who are doing IM-related practices which they call it Black SEO or SCAM... Any inputs on these?

Thanks for the link, Sean. That was a quick response

Kind regards,
Gerry

Dear Sean,

I agree that the company is not the strongest company as far as the financial strength of the company is concerned. however, the very fact that he started City Capital Corporation in 1984 at such young age is in itself quite an achievement. Yes, it requires a bit of work, but the kind of work they are doing at City Capital Corporation with affordable real estate for everyone is commendable. It's a good start. What do you think?

Yes, any people that do good for a community should be applauded. I do not know enough about the social governance of the company to comment further, but if they do half the stuff that they report then they will be making a difference to some peoples lives.

Dear Sean,

Yes, I agree. Ephren's company is doing a lot to help people affordable housing (see citycapitalcorp.net). My aunt is also very happy with all the help she has got from them.Of course, like many other imminent personalities, Ephren Taylor tries to help personally as well. He is also motivational and youth speaker.Sadly, this sometimes makes him a soft target...

Love
Julia

Hey Guys!

I wanted to add one more thing that Ephren is doing is trying to develop some alternative energy resources. I guess, it is needed in the long run to protect environment from any further hazards! What do you think!?! :)
