I have been working on a forum for a bit now and once I'm finished I'm thinking of selling it. I'd run it myself but because of school etc probably couldn't run it to its full potential.

http://schooladviceforum.com/ it comes with the domain on namecheap, the custom template (not finished but will be fully customised once done), loads of mods added and support from me if you need it.

I can also offer hosting from http://kmhost.org - details are on the site.

If any one wants to buy it please PM me with an offer.

PayPal cash only.

Thanks.

Thanks for posting your ad Keaton, the forum looks good and the domain name is memorable. Do you have a starting bid price in mind?

Not sure really, I was hoping around $50 for it because of the amount of time I've put into it.

I'm more looking for offers. :)

The Worth of forum depends on daily visits and AD-Revenue. Please tell us the Daily visits and AD-Revenue of your forum.
I think 50$ is too much you are asking for the forum

Not really, thats for the domain. The value of a forum depends on the template, modifications, software and members. Obviously it doesn't have any members but I think it does have massive potential.

Revenue and traffic do make a substantial improvement when selling websites, especially forums, however it doesn't make or break the forum's value.

Keaton, the design is a bit simple only the border and a few colours have really been changed, everything else such as the topic icons, viewtopic pages etc. are all the basic prosilver, I know you said you'll finish it once sold, but why not finish it before you sell it, so we know what the end product which we will receive will be. Also what mods are installed as all I see is the share topic mod, the 24 hour statistics mod & the who was here mod.
