The most of success people in online business is the reliability of the services. There are lots of website that reliable in the services. Youtube is one of the most reliable for video host, google is the most reliable services in world wide searcher, photobucket reliable in the the image host. The reliability of the service create the good opinion in the market then this make the the popularity of the trademark. Not only in the online business, but also in the offline business, the reliability is one important think in the business. Trademark is the result of the reliability. Do you agree with my opinion ?

Yes upineter, I totally agree with you. Reliability of services is one of the important things that people want in any industry. Take for example free web hosting in the internet, the main things people are looking for are the following: 24/7 Support, 99% Uptime and also has been up in the market for several years already.

Reliability is very important, eg when choosing a hosting provider reliability is generally the most important factor in making that choice.
When you are referring to trademark perhaps you are really referring to branding? Marketers focus on having their company's brand being associated with particular strengths or characteristics such as reliability. Trademark refers to the intellectual property associated with protecting the brand name etc.

I totally agree with uptiner. You should have a business that is reliable meaning that people could rely on your services. In other words your services should be one of the fastest and one of the best out there. Your custumer should get the best out of it so they consider using your services when there is a need of it.

It's not necessarily that your service is one of the fastest and one of the best out there. I think that what matters for most people is the best value for money and reliability of service. This is what makes customers keep coming back for more.
I think that when upineter mentioned "Trademark is a result of reliability", he was referring to reputation. Like in ebay, buyers and sellers give each other positive and negative feedbacks. So to answer upineter's question... yes, reliability of service definitely give people or companies a very good reputation.

Well rep is the big thing. Don't let your and your companies rep go down. Try to keep your costumers as happy as possible. You should try to help them when they are confused.

In addition to this, good service recovery should also be practised by any reputable company. Whenever companies receive complaints, they should act on it immediately and address those issues to the customer's satisfaction. Failure to do so will result in the company losing this customer to it's competitors.

Good point Nazreen, some research has actually shown that when a customer has a complaint handled to his or her satisfaction their opinion of the company is generally higher than if they never had the complaint in the first place.
No company is perfect and everyone makes mistakes, how we recover from these shortcomings has a major bearing on our reputation.
