Simple transfer, you sign up and i create you an admin panel, simple. :)

This site has the ability to make you a lot of money, possibly around $120 a month if worked to the best of it's ability.

I put a lot of work in and it cost me a lot of money, looking to sell for around $125. :)

EvanP, I don't mean to discourage you but buyers don't base their decisions or their valuation on how much the site cost you. They're looking for profit. Not your estimate of future profit but their own estimate. And for this they like to see proof that the concept is viable/profitable.

You have full support from me, (I don't know all, but a fair amount to get you running the site well.) for the first few days after you accuiring the site.

$125 is a great price, i'm sure most would agree! I have had an offer for $140, but they can't pay for a few weeks so i'll sell for $125 as i need the money soon. Please reply ASAP as a quick sale is needed if possible. :)

I have also get a ptc site offer before but the site was not accessable anymore.

It hasn't really paid as i haven't used it because i don't have the time, plus i need money quickly so that's why a sale is needed.

But with the right promotion etc, you could be looking to make $600/£350 a month from this.
