This is not my ad, but it is a service, so I thought it should go here.
Anonymous Incorporation (http://www.anonymousincorporation.com) seems to be a pretty good deal, I found it when I was researching on the least expensive route to take on starting a corporation to make a post in the business planning thread. I have checked the state laws and found that it is fully legal, and, less expensive than the Nevada ones.
If you are thinking about it you may want to check this out, BUT, remember to ALWAYS ask questions before you buy anything like this. If the seller can not answer to your satisfaction DO NOT buy.
I checked Kansas state laws, reading them through twice and made a few notes on some of the odd stuff in them, then emailed him and asked questions on the notes. I had a reply in just a few minutes, so he knows what he is talking about.
Anyway, if you need a corporation check this out, along with his competitors, and see if the pricing is right, and see how the service is.

Is that a new service, the site doesn't appear to be listed in Google?

The site is, I happened across it at another forum. I did not want to advertise the other forum. I think he has been doing it for a while though.
I am giving it a try to see what it is about, I will report back when the transaction is completed.

The transaction is completed, it went smoothly.
Talking to him on skype he started this after seeing some of the, what he felt were, outrageous prices of five times his price. The ones in Nevada charge like $1,500.00 after all the add ons that this guys includes.
It only took a few minutes for my corporation to show up in Kansas' online database, and I got my FEIN (Federal Employeer ID Number) a few minutes later. The neat thing is all the paperwork is digital, just like the IRS uses for the FEINs these days. Kansas and the IRS got the saving the trees down pretty good with that.
Just do not let the bland site fool you, the service is great. He said he may get other payment processors than Google Check Out, although not paypal.

It is new, according to a whois (http://dnstools.com/?lookup=on&wwwhois=on&portNum=80&target=anonymousincorporation.com&submit=Get+Info) it was registered the 27th of Feb.
As for SEO, you would have to ask the owner.
I can say I have used it and it works. I am getting most of my stuff switched over to the corporation I bought, telephones, property and equipment leases, bank accounts, utilities, etc...
It is amazing the number of businesses that would hardly talk to me before now call me with the title of CEO for a corporation.

I've just checked anonymousincorporation (http://www.anonymousincorporation.com/). If I'm not mistaken, they act as a dummy corporation for legit companies, right? The thing that bothers me is that, if one of the corporations they've registered under their company does something bad and gets caught, will all those corporations listed under them get affected as well? I also saw at the bottom of the page that they also open legal accounts for banned paypal/ebay, google and amazon users. Not sure if this is entirely legal or not.

That last part is new to me, you would have to email the owner. I guess I have to anyway, to see about how one corporation will affect the others in that type of situation.

I talked to him. He said that he acts as the registered agent only, the owners are the people that buy the corporations. If I did something illegal with mine it only affects my corporation, and all the others that he is the registered agent for are not bothered by any legal mess. If he actually owned the corporations then it would be a different matter. He only owns them long enough to create them and transfer the ownership to someone else.
Like mine, once I got my paperwork and accepted delivery his legal responsibilities, other than acting as my point of contact for mail, is finished.
For the legality of the banking account corporations it is fully legal for an offshore person/entity to have a US corporation, as long as at the end of the year the proper fillings are made. What the banking thing does is basically hire him to manage your US bank account, or, at least that is what I got out of the exchange. Due to US laws on banking it is not available to US people. As for using it for any thing you have been banned from, it doesn't say that it is illegal in any laws that I have looked at, unless there is a court order preventing you from having another account. ((I know such a guy that can not have accounts, so he would be committing a crime if he did this.)) It is probably against those companies ToS, but that does not make it a crime in a court of law.

The one I bought has been working for me rather well. John, the operator of Anon Inc, is knowledgeable and friendly.
Contact him and see what he has to say about your situation.

I kind of became an affiliate of John's today.
It is safe, and fully legal.
If anyone has any questions I can answer them for you, plus, for active BAF members I'll lose part of my commissions and give you a discount.
