Felony & Education Grant

I have a felony for illegal use of telecommunications it was considered a federal felony I was in jail for a total of 9 months. But I can vote and I was given some papers that said I was able to get a grant for school but at the time I was not wanting to. Now I have a family and would like to support them so I would like to go to school and get a degree. Where can I get a grant for school if I have a federal felony?

The first thing you should do is identify the course you want to do. Then contact the college hosting the course and ask them about grant options. I wouldn't get hung up on the felony. Act as if you don't have it, only tell them about it if they ask or if some of their application forms require that disclosure and see what happens.

Check the area colleges out in your area, they admittance office will know far more.
