I don't see a privacy policy on that site. Can you assure us that they won't spam our email addresses if we sign up?

Gosh, I thought everyone knew who Stephanie Mulac is. She is a well known and respected online marketer so no she would not do anything to jeopardize her reputation. Of course by joining the giveaway site you are agreeing for her to email you. I've been on her maling list for about 2 years and she sends probably 2 messages per week.

Thanks for that Rick, I'm a little surprised that someone so respected doesn't include a link to their privacy policy on a page where they ask for your email address.

More than likely its because these websites that run these giveaways all use the same software and there wasn't a page like that included with them. Since we have new FTC rules on email I suspect a lot of website softwares will be going through updates in the near future. Especially ones that generate testimonials, those are a hot topic right now in the online marketing world.
