I think people should find a business that fits their lifestyle and optimizes their strengths. I am in the virtual assistant business. I work online, so I am able to live my life with my family while I work. My job is to take care of the day to day tasks (office tasks, bookkeeping, correspondence, etc.) that take small businesses and professionals away from money making tasks (customers, sales, etc.). I also assist high net worth families who want to simplify their life by allowing me to take care of tedious tasks so they can focus on their career and family. I enjoy administrative tasks, so it allows me to use my strengths in order to free others up to use their strengths. No matter what business a person is in, I hope they are pursuing their passion and optimizing their abilities.
