Hi - Cant you join and get paid for ppl whom you refer FROM these countries ? I am not 100% sure, but you can check their TOS

Hi Customizer - Please read their terms of service - They have clearly mentioned that all payments (max upto $100) will be sent to your paypal id on or before 28th Feb 2010.

Yes, I am sure this is not a phishing scam as it is promoted by Paypal and facebook - Both trusted names..Though, till I get paid - I cannot be 100% sure they will pay (though I trust them).. But, the reason you and me need to promote now (before getting paid) is coz offer closes 31st dec 09 and they would pay in feb.. Well, you got nothing to lose !

You will only get paid only on or before February 28, 2010.
And the promo will end by December 31, 2009

This isn't a scam. How come a promotion coming from Paypal and Facebook itself is a scam? You can also see an advertisement about this promo on the Paypal website.
