Heya.

Well for me as a seller I try to pride myself in providing my customers with excellent service and fantastic value products on ebay :D

Well today ive recieved this feedback, which makes me smile :)

"Absolutely Brilliant items, great value, fast delivery,deffo do business again!"
From - yorkshirepudding1988 (ebay buyer who bought from me)

As they lived in Doncaster (where i live if you dont know already), i went round to their house and dropped off the 3 ipod cases they had won from me :D

They've even asked if i can get more in stock as they are definatly interested in purchasing more :)

Soooooooo happy :D

Well done Adam, they are obviously very happy with your service. If it was me I would thank them for their excellent feedback and ask them if they know anyone else that might be interested in purchasing your products. Happy customers are generally very happy to provide you with referrals, and asking for referrals is a good habit to get into.

I like this kind of trade, both of the buyer and seller are happy.
Wish all of the seller and buyer are doing same as you guys, and no more scammer :)

Ive told them if they would like anymore ipod cases, they know where to come ;) as im sure they will order from me again soon. Im just glad I can make my customers happy as it makes me happy at the same time ;D

Congrats, Adam. Days certainly get brighter when you get feedback like that. Don't forget to add him to your Christmas card list too! It's amazing what small touches like that can do as well. :)
