This is great! Can I make a small request? Why only "sites" to promote? Please make it OPEN. Let the members use any of the medium which they want to promote BAF. Just that they should ensure they are NOT scamming or using any Black Hat methods which will get them removed from the contest and a ban or warning which every you prefer.

Why I say this? because People who don't have a site will definitely want to participate and start a site (preferably a free one from Blogger or Wordpress). They may write about BAF in that site which will be of no use. Because newly started sites have no much place in Search Engines. Hence the banklinks you get from such sites will be of waste. So, let the contest be "open", please?

Dahlia, thanks for your feedback. Most businesses have a site of some sort and most of our members have a site or blog. Hence, this contest is open to the vast majority of our members. For members that don't have a site they are more than welcome to enter the contest by starting a blog in the way that you suggest.

Dahlia, yes that's more or less it, thanks for asking your question. Member's don't necessarily need to write an article about BAF, however. You could simply link to us, or use one of our banners or logo to advertise us on your site.

Hi, I think you are talking about 125 X 125 size banners. You can find many good banners of many sizes here http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=2739 please go through all the posts as the banners are there all over.

Yes as GekiDan says, only active members will be included in the draw and the more sites you sbmit / plug, the better your chance of winning. Elomelo, you are right it will come down to the luck of the draw, but the more you contribute the better your chance of winning.

If I remembered it right, you can only post one site per thread.
It means you need to make a new thread for a new site that you would like to plug BAF.

Most people who want to join this contest doesn't have any blogs or sites. So I can suggest you to make a new one and develop it. And be sure to be active on BAF to get a higher chance of winning.

Any of them will do as long as there's a link to BAF from your site.

Yes, you don't need to include a referral link. In fact, whilst the contest asks that you do something on your site to help support BAF, it is not absolutely essential that all sites include a link. Saying that links to http://www.businessadviceforum.com are helpful and are much appreciated.

The contest will close when there are a total of 37,500 posts on BAF, as shown on the forum home page.

As stated mate, the contest will end when BAF reaches 37,500 posts and we are currently at 34,434. This forum is great and it won't take long until we reach that place.

I hope that who ever wins this is under 18 and has no bills to pay so that they can enjoy the money and spend it on games xD ..

Thanks for your questions, our current contest for $640 (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=5109) started in November 09, so not long ago at all. We've also had lots of winners of previous contests (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=835).

As Entré, said the contest will end when we have 37,500 posts on the forum and we are getting close to that now.
