In order to reach payout, you will need to promote your websites - you are given these when you sign up. You can use either traffic exchanges or paid advertising such as TrekAdvertising (which is quite effective) to promote your links, as well as Twitter, forums etc. You can earn income from this program from 8 streams but the main one is a people search engine. You will need to advertise your links and sign up other people to reach $200. In my case this took about 2 months - I spent the first few weeks working hard and doing lots of promoting, but haven't done very much since. The site is serious and has a great forum. The new rule is that in order to get paid you have to have hosting through GDI. Your email address has to be branded with your website address. You can't use any free accounts like gmail, yahoo, etc.
