Bussiness is a term to say that you are a profit organization for most people.When you hear this term the first think you think is of a company that sells services and/or products etc.However bussiness is a word that can be used on different occasions and refer to a deal or even non-profit organizations.Pharases such as "i'm on the bussness" can also often mean that you have been working for some time etc.
It is really an open matter :)

My definition:

Business is any activity within two entities which is profitable to both the entities".

In an ideal world both entities would benefit from the business. Unfortunately this is not always the case in the real world. Sometimes we purchase things that are more harmful than helpful. In this situation only the seller benefits.
