They said you will earn 60 cents(?) for every download made on your upload. But the one who will download your file need to fill out a survey/offer before the download starts. But as you all knew, not all countries are legible for all offers.

Yes, probrably they are earning $1000 per month by selling those so called "effective wayt to make money" ebook, those techniques that promoted in the ebooks doesn't help much, but they earn from selling those ebooks to newbies.
