A not so happy iPhone user was arrested after producing a gun in a Cincinnati Apple store and threatening to shoot his iPhone. He told a member of staff that he was "So mad, I could pop a 9mm at it."
He has a concealed weapons permit but quickly found out that threatening to shoot his iPhone in a public place is not acceptable.

This just shows what a disturbed world we live in today and I fear for my kids growing up. :(
Are we really that attached to our technology that we treat it as a human and threaten to murder it :p

Yes it's pretty sad. I hope he loses his gun permit, he's obviously showed that he's not responsible enough to carry a firearm.
I sometimes get frustrated myself, when something doesn't work the way I'd like it to. But shooting it is just going too far.

All over an iPhone? I've never used one so you never know maybe i'll be 'popping' a cap when I get one ;)
But seriously, why bother going to this length?

LOL.
Okay so what happened the iphone filed a case against the man ? I mean, seriously, sometimes I think ppl do such things deliberately to get into the limelight somehow.

To get into the limelight? I wouldn't class being arrested getting into the limelight lol. Most likely nobody will go near him in the street now!

I wouldn't say that he expected the international publicity that he's received. He probably got frustrated and lost his temper. Not a smart thing to do at all, but at least he didn't threaten any people. Don't get me wrong, taking out his gun, in itself put people at risk and he deserves to be punished.
