Isn't yahoo normal users will get this for free?

So far i know, all yahoo current users will get this.. and my yahoo mail homepage is already changed... now i can write my status.. follow people.. don't know about others...

I've got a Yahoo account but wasn't able to access MeMe with it. I could only access it when I myself got an invite from another member, and I thought it might be helpful to other members to get free invites. However, maybe Yahoo have made it easier for people to join, and if they have that's great.
