Hi.
I need some help. I am going on a cruise party and I do not know what 2 wear!!
My friends are wearing designer dresses with the latest trends. I have consulted them but they all give outdated ideas, as you know that everyone wants to be at his best.
So it beats me as what to do and I know later that it will be a puzzle for me on what to wear. I have heard about accessories being sold online with the best tags on them. I have never purchased anything via net, so I require the suggestions of online shoppers who can guide me with their experience on online shopping.

Haha. That's a very good and intresting idea. I guess this way you will be the main attraction. Maybe you could dress up smart? Maybe in some sort of business suit.

There's probably no need to buy anything. Just be well groomed. Wear some excellent shoes and You are set.

I don't know where You stand money wise, but it sounds there are no designer clothes in Your closet. Therefore I conclude Your income is not exceedingly high. If You buy some designer stuff last minute, it will hardly match Your character. Rather it will look odd.

So go with the best things You have, maybe get a haircut and enjoy.

You could wear a single piece that makes You stand out, something like a pendant. I have a (plastic-) sharktooth pendant I wear all the time. Even at work.

I think it was Co-Co Chanel (and I could be wrong) but she said "the aim of a good dress is not to have people say my what a beautiful dress but to have them say my what a beautiful woman".

So have your hair done, put on some nice makeup and your favourite perfume and choose clothes that you think make you look good. That way you'll be happy and comfortable at the party and you will look a lot better than somebody who's just wearing designer clothes to look smart.
