I just came to know about Yteach (http://www.yteach.com/) while surfing through net.

This website is mainly created for primary school learning and it is especially helpful for students and even sometimes it is helpful for research and business people who need to understand the basics like Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry etc.

I found this website is developed in an excellent and interactive way. Just visit this website Yteach (http://www.yteach.com/). You will feel the change in dimensions of teaching. It is one of the strong roots for e-learning and especially more helpful for students and people who need to refresh their basics.

Have you used the site yourself Guru? I clicked into a couple of different lessons, only to get a message saying that the content must be purchased, other wise I could only view a preview.

I've often thought that I'd like to see a site similar to Wikipedia but that was geared towards children. In other words the content would all be family friendly and would contain simple articles that children could understand. Is anyone aware of any sites like that?

I just came across this site yesterday. It seems we need to buy credits to go into interactive lessons. But they are offering free credits during initial login with which we can verify the worthiness of the site.

Though it involves some cost, I hope this is the first website I am seeing with such a good interactive design. For example, to learn about RATIOS in mathematics, they have illustrated it based on excellent examples without just simply telling the formula. Here is what children knows more mathematical applications.

The main thing where children are lagging is the application of the studies. They learn maths as a subject only and are failing in application studies of the same which is justified fairly in this website.
