After generating leads, follow-up is the important part of sales strategies. I think, too much or frequent follow-up may end the perspective making customer annoyed. What is the appropriate time gap in the follow up with same data?

Welcome to Business Advice Forum Gollimari.
I would say that follow up should be made as soon as possible, do you agree? For example if you have a conversation with a prospect at a trade exhibition, I would be trying to call that prospect within a few days after the exhibit. What's to be gained from waiting and giving your competitors time to sell to them?
