If this Act is passed, the three documents shown here made by me would replace respectively the three in this (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=2) thread if the Administrator so finds pleasure in my work through this. This is part one.
THE FEDERAL CODES OF CONDUCT
I. The Premises
The Preamble
In collaboration with the interests and for the benefit of the Administrator and People of the Business Advice Forum, (BAF) the Federal Codes of Conduct are established.
The Federal Jurisdiction and Individual Districts
The Federal Codes of Conduct are to be present and the order of all throughout the BAF save during occasions in the case of the individual districts, specific boards and social groups, wherein the moderator of such specific board or the owner of such social group has opted to exercise its own sovereign Codes of Conduct or some alterations of the aspects of the Federal Codes of Conduct in its application to its individual district if it so garners the approval the Administrator beforehand.
Punishments: Banishment, Imprisonment, and or or Suspension
This document defines merely the circumstances and or or actions for which would merit the punishments prescribed in the title. The length and procedures to determine for such violations are at the Administrator's discretion.
The Objectivity
To maintain the ideals of swiftness, certainty, and justice as possibilities, all of the universal Rules as listed from Article 2 and onwards do not contain within it any subjectivity nor personal definitions but the objectivity or factual statements so that clarity can be utilized and ambiguity can be unattained when attesting to the positiveness of one's violation of such universal Rules.
II. The System
The Alteration of Forum Coding without Permission
No person may alter, change, etc. the forum coding of BAF, especially to weaken the security so as to gather information without the preset resistance of the system, without the expressed approval by the Administrator -- preferably through the forum for facile identification.
Accessing a Member's Account
No IP address may be present in an account of BAF unless it is the initial registrant IP address or under such has indicated through a written notice through the private messaging system for the Administrator about the account transfer to a different IP address.
Duplicate Account
No one IP address may register more than one account on the forums unless, upon its prior account, the person informs the Administrator of its want of switching to a new account.
Proxy
No person may register an account on BAF whose IP address is determined to be fraudulent by the Administrator, whose methods are not to be disclosed within this document.
Evasion of the System
It is especially unlawful for a convict to circumvent or procrastinate an issued punishment through the creation of a duplicate account except, in such case, it has no right to request the migration over to another account during its sentence or even after its punishment as it has proven itself to be a threatening asset to BAF.
III. The Copycat
Copyright
The servers being located in the United States of America, no content may be deemed to be infringing upon the Copyrights (http://www.copyright.gov/) of such nation unless it is deemed to be applicable under the Fair Use Act (http://www.copyright.gov/fls/fl102.html).
Plagiarism
No post may contain within itself content being claimed as the author's original content or being noncommittal to such statement that features equivalent to or over fifty percent of any content on or off BAF or on or off the internet.
Quotation
Any quotation of a post or article on or off BAF or on or off the internet may be posted, though the excerpt may only be a paragraph, or two to ten sentences in length, and it must be with the location of the source of such information. All laws regarding the post are to be considered notwithstanding the quotation; therefore, it and the content of the post provided by the author itself are to be treated individually.
IV. Content which Lacks Quality
Spam
A post which contains under five characters is to be considered spam.
Riot
A riot it is to be categorized if there are multiple posts, two or more, containing content which defies the Rules under the timeframe of one hour. An addition as to what would be considered a single post under the collective of a riot is one which contains fifty percent or more of the same content of another post by the identical author.
V. Unacceptable Content
The Language Doctrine
No post may be in any language other than English.
Advertisements
Unless it is in the signature or another expressively proper location on the forum, no member may feature any solicitations, requesting another user to join a specified website or featuring a website that requires registration before one may attain the initial incentive including, but not limited to, the viewing of an article or the entirety of an article or the viewing of a video or the gross of the video.
VI. The Regulation and Restriction upon Images
Pornography
No picture inserted by a user may contain a depiction of the male genitalia or over seventy-five percent of the anus, nor the female vagina, breasts, or over seventy-five percent of the anus.
Size
No avatar may be over the specified size of 80x80 pixels or 19.5 KG in data. A picture over the size of 400x400 pixels may not be utilized in the signature and may be posted in the public threads, private threads such as those within social groups, or private messages with the regulation that there is a warning stating at least, "56K!" at the top of the message, wherefrom the picture must be the minimal of four spaces.
