If this Act is passed, the three documents shown here made by me would replace respectively the three in this (http://www.businessadviceforum.com/showthread.php?t=2) thread if the Administrator so finds pleasure in my work through this. This is part one.

Punishments: Banishment, Imprisonment, and or or Suspension
This document defines merely the circumstances and or or actions for which would merit the punishments prescribed in the title. The length and procedures to determine for such violations are at the Administrator's discretion.
The Objectivity
To maintain the ideals of swiftness, certainty, and justice as possibilities, all of the universal Rules as listed from Article 2 and onwards do not contain within it any subjectivity nor personal definitions but the objectivity or factual statements so that clarity can be utilized and ambiguity can be unattained when attesting to the positiveness of one's violation of such universal Rules.

II. The System
The Alteration of Forum Coding without Permission
No person may alter, change, etc. the forum coding of BAF, especially to weaken the security so as to gather information without the preset resistance of the system, without the expressed approval by the Administrator -- preferably through the forum for facile identification.

Evasion of the System
It is especially unlawful for a convict to circumvent or procrastinate an issued punishment through the creation of a duplicate account except, in such case, it has no right to request the migration over to another account during its sentence or even after its punishment as it has proven itself to be a threatening asset to BAF.

Intelligentsia, I've read through your suggestions for a Code of Conduct and I would have to say that they are extremely detailed and read like a legal document. Personally I've always believed that many members never actually read forum rules and that one way to encourage people to read the rules, was by keeping the rules short and simple. This is what I've endeavoured to do on our forums.

Our rules would possibly not be comprehensive enough to withstand a rigorous legal examination but personally I feel that they suffice pretty well for Business Advice Forum.

One item you mention is not specified in our rules. That is copyright and I feel that our rules do need to be amended to reflect that. Thanks for the suggestion.

Intelligentsia, I'd welcome your views and those of any other members on this discussion.
