This business field, when done right, can be really quite useful if you know what you're doing. You just find the best e-books out there with quality writing, organize a simple but elegant site, and bring massive traffic. ^_^

Do you care to share a little more info on this?
Your post is like saying selling petrol is a good business to be in. You just buy petrol and open up a nice garage forecourt to sell it in.

For fuel that would work, but I think Junroe is thinking that a single site will pull of the secrets to wealth and happiness, with an ebook resale site. If you search around you will find that a lot of the ebooks being sold are also available for free.

is there relly much money in e-books at all now? a know someone with 7000 but they are keeping them for multipule reasons. a few reason are that if he keeps them they might go up in value, if he waits until there is a big demand for them, if he waits until someone if offering a good price its all these things and a agree with him. the way a see it is you could sell them now but why not hold on to them cause its money in the bank lol. you are garanteed to get the money back most of the time

Ebooks are not collectors items. All it takes to ruin the market on any one of them is for someone to buy it, then plaster it all over the net at various forums.

With the right technique, e-book reselling can be quite useful, now that the internet is ripe and you can almost do article marketing in most forums/blogs.

You can tap this e-book reselling business with proper marketing techniques. But the main thing is this should be updated with new content that really boost buyers skills not just crap sort of a thing.

e-book marketing needs a lot of effort, work and traffic and none the less it needs to attract customers too. So deciding on what books are in demand and the price being lower than the competitors you can pull this off.

An e-book reselling site sounds quite interesting. How would you get the rights to resell these books?I mean you could download them for free,as already mentioned, but would you then be legally allowed to resell them on your own site?

arlene you would only have the legal right to sell on an ebook if you have purchased resale rights to that publication. Normally when you purchase an ebook you just have the right to use that book for yourself. Sometimes sellers charge one price when you buy just for your own use and a much higher price if you want resale rights.

thanks for the response, a recon you should keep a e-book as long as you could so that it goes up in value and there is more people intrested but right now e books go for heehaw so a can see where you are comeing from by not flooding the market, do you suggest waiting for a dip or as such demand in the market? if you did have to wait for this dip or demand, is there anyway of telling there is a demand? is there anyway without shoping around and takeing time, to find out what ebooks are going for?
